1. Time for compete with KBs on each exercise – 10 minutes.
2. Rest between Jerk and Snatch is more then 2 hours.
3. Result Jerk +Result Snatch = Result in Biathlon.
4. (Result Left + Result Right) / 2 = Result in Snatch.
5. Women and men should to lift 2 KBs in Jerk and in LC and 1 KB in Snatch.
