RGSI seminars provide students with a unique opportunity to interact with the coach in real time, receive feedback and take away powerful impetus and motivation to progress with kettlebells. Gradual and injury free learning and scientific approach to various measurements of the athlete’s body performance are a common feature of all RGSI seminars.

Depending on the level of the seminar (1-4), participation therein is beneficial to:

  • Individuals interested in the sport of kettlebells. Receive a gradual yet comprehensive introduction to the sport through focused interactive training;
  • Crossfit and fitness enthusiasts.  Learn how kettlebell exercises can supercharge and diversify an existing fitness program;
  • Other sports. Use kettlebells to increase core performance factors which are critical to success in most sports: strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination and speed. Besides world class competitive kettlebell experience all RGSI instructors have significant experience in other sports and therefore can speak knowledgeably about kettlebell advantages;
  • Competitive kettlebell lifters: Address nuances of technique and preparation for competition and how to continue to grow as a lifter through the ranks. Participation in seminars of RGSI will be useful for coaches and athletes of all levels: beginners (Level 1), advanced (Level 2), the high skill (Level 3 and 4).

An indicative seminar includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Techniques for classic kettlebell exercises;
  • Spotting and preventing common technical errors;
  • Development of methods to plan and teach training programs;
  • Scientific aspects of training: e.g., how to estimate the intensity and volume of kettlebell training, understand unique characteristics of your body and how to monitor your progress in the sport from health standpoint.

In addition participants receive comprehensive training materials such as DVDs and RGSI manuals.

The workshop participants receive official certificates. Also each participant will be awarded rank certificate achieved at seminar. Number of participants in seminars is limited to 15 people as this approach guarantees personal attention of coach to everyone.

Throughout the seminar the coach will address all questions and there is no limit to the number of questions asked.

Cameras are permitted at seminars but recording and use is for personal use only.

Finally, you can the results of each seminar, list of participants as well as details of certification in Certification section.

“Certified coach” certificate will be given to a person who makes rank or has participated in a number of RGSI seminars.

Seminars and training materials are in English.
