.About RGSI section includes information on the members of Russian Girevoy Sport Institute (RGSI Team), often informal, and gives an idea of our values and standing in the world of Russian kettlebell lifting.
In the RGSI Team you will find information about our tightly knit team working together to promote the kettlebell lifting in Russia and abroad:
- the president of RGSI is Morozov Igor,
- famous Russian athlete and coach Kolyakov Evgeny,
- holder of the absolute world record in women 24 kg snatch – 190 times is Yaremenko Olga,
- co-authored The Foundations of Girevoy Sport is Sukhovey Anatoly.
RGSI Team provide only effective KB training!
Each student (online or personally through seminar) are getting up to date knowledge of girevoy sport.
Coaching Results and taking part in competitions is growing 100 %!
Mission describes the main goals and objectives set by us in the near future and in the longer term. We believe that only a clear understanding of the objectives will enable us to achieve significant progress in the development of Russian kettlebell sport in general.
Many amazing stories of prominent athletes of the past and present will open for visitors under Hercules. Undoubtedly, some of you will want to test yourselves to attempt to repeat their achievements! Go for it! In the Ketlebell sport history section, we talk about the emergence of Russian kettlebell lifting in the 19th century, its development in the 20th century, and modern trends. What awaits us in 10 years? Will Russian kettlebells be an Olympic sport and do we want it to be such?
