Nikolai Gnatyuk, MSIC, RGSI Coach.

Nikolai Gnatyuk is well rounded athlete who achieved impressive results in a variety of sports such as powerlifting and wresting before taking on Russian kettlebells in 2004.

Nikolai Gnatyuk achieved MSIC in 2008 and is 2x winner of World and Russian championships among  junior athletes, the winner of Russian Cup Tournament and one of top 3 athletes in Russia in long cycle.

Nikolai Gnatyuk is an engineering grad who also continues to compete in and coach kettlebell lifting

Nikolai’s Gnatyuk personal bests with 32 kg Russian kettlebell in 10 minutes are: Jerk – 110 reps; Snatch – 140 (both hands); Long Cycle – 69 reps.

When not lifting or coaching Nikolai Gnatyuk is an avid music fan and drums player.
