Duration of consultation is 30 minutes.
Advice needed on Skype:
1. Young athletes - once a week for 6 months - to study the economic rise of kettlebells.
2. Athletes average - 2 times a month for three months - to fix bugs lifting techniques and discuss planning Kettlebells workout.
3. Athletes to the highest level - once a month for 6 months to reach a higher level of intermuscular coordination and acceleration of time preparing for a new record.
